On 9 September 2006, our 12th visit, we were honored to be the guests of the Chef at the final Laboratorio, before Galileo was closed. Galileo III opened and closed w/o a Lab, but now (as of 20 February 2013) there is "Roberto's 4" at Al Dente -- we were there for the first night, and the bliss is back!
